Applied online, got a call from HR to schedule a panel HR interview at the Marsh office. They called me in the late afternoon wanting to schedule the interview for the next day.
Disguised the job description as a standard Management Associate position, but through the interview I found out they were simply looking for client facing insurance brokers. I stopped the interview then.
Marsh listed the job as a Graduate Associate Programme, but referred to it as IMAP in the interview.

The first interview is hirevue AI which can be taken anytime and anywhere, followed by an interview with a short case-study, then hiring manager. All the interviews are via Zoom and have average difficulty.

For prospects who are keen on joining Marsh's management trainee programme called the Marsh Graduate Development Programme (MGDP), there are three stages to the application process. The first stage is a one to one interview with a talent recruiter. They'll ask the typical interview questions and if they're interested in moving forward with you, you'll move on to the IQ test. The second stage, IQ-EQ test, is meant to test your innate intelligence, I suppose. This is the first big filter to your application. Theres no set benchmark to what you should achieve to pass, but if you pass, you'll finally move on to the last stage. The third stage is called the Assessment Center. On this day, you'll be having a one-on-one interview with one of the senior executives of the company AND do a group interview. The one-on-one interview is very relaxed, and is meant to only assess your personality and if it resonates with the company's culture. The second part of the day however is the second big filter. You'll probably be included in a 6-7 person group and out of those, a possible 2 will be hired. The group interview isn't strictly business cased base to say, but they'll introduce you to one abstract and subjective question and they'll expect you to discuss it with your team and present your answers afterward. The more charismatic, confident and engaged you are in your discussion and presentation, the better are your chances to succeed.

Virtual interview by hirevue for first round was meant to know the candidate better and find out how one can answer professional questions within a fixed time limit.
Second round was having a simulated situational test very much like an IQ test.
Last round was interview with hiring manager and a business leader.
