I've never given a company a bad review on here but I cannot stay silent about Marsh & McLennan. Never in my 20 years of recruiting have I witnessed such a complete lack of care for the candidate as I have seen from Peggy out of the DesMoines Iowa office. She called my candidate into an onsite interview and then never bothered to acknowledge his candidacy after that. These candidates pay for gas in an economy that is already struggling and this company doesn't give a second thought to that. They don't care how much unpaid labor their outside vendors spend on their orders. My experience with this company isn't just about Des Moines it has happened across the board in their New Jersey and New York offices as well.
How a company treats their candidates in the interview process is a reflection of how they treat their employees and I would stay away because this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company.
