Multiple phone interviews and video calls. About an hour long. First interview was video call. Then they schedule interviews with a few other people on the team. They mentioned 3 different people. So a lot of people to talk to.
Spoke to a recruiter and then the hiring manager, they both explained the workload along with expectations. Did not get an offer due to not having as much experience in the line of coverage they were looking to fill a role in.

Three step process, start with phone interview with Human Resources. Second step is a questionnaire with aptitude and skill questions pertaining to your role. If you “pass” you get an in person interview, possibly two with direct manager or the higher-ups
