I applied to an Internal Consulting Associate position on the company's career page. I heard back from a recruiter the next day and we scheduled a phone screen for the following day. the phone screen consisted of asking me to walk me through my resume and an overview of the company and the team. The recruiter reached out later that day to schedule an in-person interview for the next day. The in-person interview consisted of three 1-on-1 interviews with the Managing Director of the team, the Principal of the team, and another team member. The interviewers were very nice and receptive to me responses. Unfortunately, the next week I received an email from the recruiter saying they identified another candidate for the role. I did appreciate the speedy interview process.
