I had 3 x interviews for this position - one a standard recruiter call, then a competency based interview and a 1 hour 30 minute presentation in person. The interview process was fairly slow - usually 2-3 weeks between stages and feedback - and the final stage needed a great deal of preparation for the task. I received NO feedback, not even to tell me I wasn't successful. Three weeks' after the interview I then saw the role being advertised by various recruiters I know. I am still quite shocked at the lack of transparency and empathy shown throughout the process. Would proceed with caution if considering applying for a position.
