I applied online after receiving a job alert that I signed up for years ago. About a week later I received and invitation to do a HireVue Video interview. It’s pretty straightforward. You just respond to written questions and record yourself. You get two practice sessions for each question. Two days after that I received an invitation to do a 45 minute panel interview with three team members including the hiring manager via MS Teams. They asked situational questions and want real world examples. Very straight forward and they make sure you are comfortable and are very engaged during the interview. After that I received an email inviting me to interview with the Vet Transformation Lead. This was 30 minutes and very straight forward. Asked questions about my experience and how I handled certain situations. A day later I got the offer.
