Was first contacted by phone, and discussed the position with an HR representative. After answering some basic questions about past job experience with the HR rep, I was invited to interview at a date two weeks later at their headquarters. The group interview consisted of a group activity to begin with, then a series of three 2-on-1 panels, between which, lunch was served. Questions consisted of personality, past experiences, decision making, and involvement in IT. After roughly 6 hours, the interview was complete. Everyone was very friendly, and really seemed interested in discussing past experiences.
