The interview process was quick and I got to the final round of the panel interview within two weeks. Right after the panel interview I communicated with the recruiter about an offer deadline I am facing. Then the recruiter said she will follow up and nothing came after that. This is unprofessional. I didn't even get an answer from the recruiter after all rounds of interviews. It is a waste of everyone's time,.
