I applied on their website and heard back a few days later from a recruiter requesting a 30 minute phone screen. After the phone screen there were two panel interviews, each for 50 minutes. Each of the panels had two employees asking behavioral and competency based interview questions. I had a positive interviewing experience in light of the fact they went with an internal candidate. From my experience, if an internal candidate is involved it is very difficult to receive an offer.
