I applied via Linkedin and was first contacted by phone by local HR. After explaining my previous experience, reasons for change and future outlook, I moved to the second phase which was a similiar interview with HR and the Hiring Manager.
This part consisted in the same type of questions but more specific.
Two weeks later, I had what they call the Panel Interview with HR, the Hiring Manager and a Team member. Here I was given a case study to prepare for an hour, nothing very complicated, just presented with an issue and how would you communicate with different dept. to solve. After presenting my case for 10 minutes, I was briefly asked for questions and moved on to a 1 slide presentation on myself, that I had prepared previously.
Again, after 10 minutes presenting myself (Career development, future outlook, business project successes and strengths/weaknesses) there were some questions on how the role would fit my goals and behavioural / situational questions.
5 days later I got a call from the HR manager telling me I was not selected for the role and a complete description on feeback. However, despite not fitting the role, I was told I would fit another positionthat will be posted in a few weeks and the company's values, so overall I had a positive experience in the recruiting process.
