Very simple process, talked to recruiters at the career fair, applied via Handshake, only had one round of a panel interview after my resume made it through, got a call within a week and a half about offer.

Vlot en recht toe, recht aan. Geen eindeloze processen en bureaucratie. Lijnmanager bepaald vrij snel of je de juiste kandidaat bent of niet. Over het algemeen positief over het proces.

The interviews themselves were fine.
The communication from internal recruiter team was very poor. I had to chase up to get the interview booked in. radio silence for weeks.
