I was selected for an interview following a career fair. The interview lasted less than the standard 30 minutes. No technical questions were asked. Most were behavioral. The recruiter started by going through my resume and asking about each of my leadership experiences, and asked several behavioral questions after. I received an offer about a month later with no further interviews.

3 panel interview and all three interviewees were incompetent and felt threaten by me. One of them even slipped up and stated that this job was created with someone in mind who worked in an internal pet division. Both female panelist were sexist.
