Phone interview w/recruiter was pretty friendly and a great experience with basic questions about my work experience. Made it thru to the next round for the panel interview via Skype. So excited and then asked to fly to location for a in person panel interview instead. Made it there despite flight delays and totally blanked during the interview. Panel consisted of 3 people asking various questions about my work experience. Interview lasted about an hour and walked out knowing I completely blew it! Definitely a hard interview but totally my lack of interview skills blew it for me. So disappointed because I know I would have been great at the position and totally would have loved it. Whoever beat me out is really lucky because Mars is a great company❗️
