The process was one interview on campus, which was pretty laid back overall. Not any technical questions or anything too difficult really. Mostly behavioral, didn't even ask any specific questions on Mars.

First they asked me to walk through my resume. Then there were 3 behavioral questions:
1. a time working with customers
2. an experience with a difficult customer
3. don't remember

Entrevista
Mars called me twice in 2 years for different roles in Sales but both were terrible experience. First the recruiter ghosted after 1st round. I texted her twice to no response whatsoever
Gave it another try when a different ta manager approached but can you believe they rescinded the offer after a week?! thankfully I have not resigned from current company or I might end up with no job!
I wasn't given a solid answer to why they cancel. But the ta lady can only reiterated like a parrot that "it wasn't an official offer" because supposingly she hasn't completed the background process.

Pretty straightforward, behavioral questions and why want to work there. The employee doing the interview was very nice and didn't ask difficult questions. Great culture that be sure to emphasize in the interview

Straightforward behavioral interview. STAR format. Very nice people! Two behavioral interviews back to back, 30 minutes each. Extremely quick process, can't ask for anything better. Received a phone call about an offer the following day.
