Made it to the 1st round interview (phone screening + 1st round). 1 week later, I received an 'automated rejection email' from their HRIS - no call nor email from the recruiter. Since I took time out of my work schedule to interview with the hiring manager, this was a very UNPROFESSIONAL tactic by the company.
