First there was a preliminary multiple choice questionnaire to test your management instincts. Then you get invited for a “STAR” style zoom interview. Plan some answers to sample questions in advance and you’ll do great. Interviewer was kind and personable.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult guest?
The interview process had three steps. The first step was a one way video interview, second was a virtual interview with a HR Manager and the final was a phone call with the HR director where they provided an offer.
First you must complete an online assessment after submitting your resume. You then onto a zoom interview which involves many questions to be answered in STAR format. During the zoom interview they will verify your location and department preferences with you. I received an offer two weeks after the final interview.
