Process took 4 weeks. Started with an on campus interview followed by being invited to Dallas for an undergraduate event. Interview was very casual with basic questions. Was sent an email the next Monday saying I would be given an offer.
After applying through the website, the immediate next step is the pre-recorded video interview. The interview should be treated as a formal interview, with answers ready and neat appearance. Consists of 5 questions.

The interview was done online through HireVue. It was all basic questions. They gave time in between questions to prepare what you want to answer, but just 30 seconds. No reattempts are allowed for the questions.
