Went through an initial phone interview with a recruiter, then took an online skills assessment test, then had a phone interview with someone in the department at the property.
I stopped by the hotel a week after the second interview to meet the interviewer face to face (since I was interviewing from out of town). He told me they were offering the position to an internal candidate, but he would like me to apply for the position they would be vacating. Never heard from them again - no updates or job offers. I didn't follow up too aggressively though as I was pursuing a better opportunity.

Please describe a time when you disagreed with your superior on an issue and how you handled it.
Miscommunication between hiring manager and recruiter which led me to getting different answers. This ended with confusion from my side and did not help build trust during the interview process.

Interviewer was late and seemed really irritated to be meeting with me. The interviewer was following a list when interviewing me, and it was based on the STAR method. The interviewer had zero enthusiasm and would answer my questions in a very cold, judgmental, and impatient way.
