I was interviewed by two heads of engineering departments. Both were very nice and had great things to say about the company. I got a tour of the company. Very nice facilities!
Starts with resume submittal to open position. If down selected, usually there will be a phone screen with one of the managers. Then typically there will be an in person interview with the team members.

Talked to Human Resources.
HR asked a few simple questions.
Since it was Human Resources, no technical questions were asked.
No follow-up phone interview by Hiring Manager.
I guess I wasn't worth the bother.
Ageism at this company.
Received generic email rejection 4 week later.
