Hard to get through their screening process. Their recruiter in San Francisco is super flakey and will send an email indicating motion and then months of silence. Best to have a contact within the organization to get your resume through the recruiter. I have a number of associates who have had really bad experiences with their recruiter.

Its a long, technical interview process. They are looking for the tough and the scrappy and the smart. You can't fake your way through this interview process. Reassuring given the pressure and the stakes. The process is intense and comparable to a Google interview.
