Spoke with the HR recruiter a week before the actual interview and went over my resume in detail. At the end of the conversion, an interview was set up for the following week in which I assumed I would have an actual interview with the final Hiring Manager. Little did I know, the "interview" was merely a "meet and greet" with the Recruiter which I had spoke with a week prior. After our conversation, it was stated that she would discuss her feedback with the hiring manager and call me in for a second interview if they felt I was a good fit. Needles to say, this meeting was a complete waste of time and gas.
