After applying, HR department contacted me rather quickly. I called back shortly thereafter and struggled to get in touch with the department. I did not recieve a call back for a week. When we finally spoke, I was asked some preliminary questions and then asked to schedule an interview. I was supposed to interview with the manager of the department I would be working for. Upon arrive, I was informed that the manager was "in a meeting" and would not be interviewing me. An HR representative instead would interview me. She seemed wildly unprepared, lost track of what she was asking me multiple times, and repeated the same preliminary interview questions that she had asked me over the phone a few days previous.
