The interview process at Marakon is consistent with the experience I have seen and heard of at other firms. You can expect to have problem solving skills evaluated through cases (both in person and over the phone) and you should expect a check for demonstrated leadership through behavioral interviews. Interviewers also assess fit because the firm is so small.

Entrevista
Case interview, reviewing an example project and provide an analysis of the situation, interpreting and providing client ready answers with someone in that current role. A separate individual test based on numerical and commercial skills.
