In-person interview with a hiring manager at the main office. It was a nice interview process - the hiring manager was very kind. The interview was done in English. Interview took 1 hour. You learn about the role, the company values, remuneration packages at Manulife and required exams and training needed.
Although it was advertised as a management trainee role, during the interview it became clear from the interviewer’s comments that it was actually a job selling insurance. The interviewer was very arrogant and seemed to look down on students without a business background.

Entrevista
You need to pass the CV round, then in round 2 you will be tested on your ability including IQ, T/F/NG, reading. Round 3 will be a direct interview with HR, director, 1 person from last year's program. Everyone is very comfortable and friendly. Wish you a successful interview
