I applied online on Manulife job portal. After 2 weeks, I got an interview. It was with engineering manager and technical lead.
They asked me about my past projects and some technical questions. Then they had few mcq tests for .NET, Java, express, node. I only knew .NET, so I attempted that. I performed well on the mcq test. It was live, so technical lead shared his screen and I was required to answer verbally.
The next day, recruiter reached out with an offer. It was quick.

It was honestly a really great experience overall. The behavioral questions were pretty standard, nothing too tricky. The interviewers were super nice, and they even gave an office tour, which was cool.

Process involved doing pair programming with the interviewer to refactor a code to improve readability without breaking any of the existing tests. Some behavioral questions and previews work experience are also asked during the interview
1. Code test: 2 tests - spring and logic test
2. Tech lead interview - know more about your exp and your working style
3. Director interview
4. HR interview - Eng test and communication skill
