This is probably the worst hiring process ever. The exams they provided were not on my field and this seems applicable for callcenter or sales agent.
They wilk provide you an exam on math (which is ok) but other like letter writing to customer, and accounting math. I mean come on I'm applying for IT, this can't be your basis of selection
Internal application, 2 rounds of technique interview, 1 take home assignment. Friendly interviewers, and smooth process. Good learning opportunities from the interview as well. Very tolerant to the new grad as well especially for the entry level jobs.
HR, Technical Round, Followed by HR. The interview questions were fairly easy and there are two people in the interview panel it was mostly technical. The process was smooth and easy
very good for me, but little bit tight questions are there but ok,i t was a good experience fo rfreshers and also experenced person,anyway thank you for giving me this oppertunities.
