{Second interview} HR Manager was 15 minutes late to the interview, then proceeded to spend nearly the entire time texting on the phone. Wasn't paying attention to answers and asked many of the same questions as in the first interview and noted the answers where already on file. Kept asking for information covered by former employer confidentiality agreements and tried to be combative when I declined. Totally unprofessional experience, especially for a near C-level position.
