The interview was more of checking the attitude . They check your will to work . They are open to hire freshers and train them .Basically the two founders interact with you one by one . since i was a fresher so i was questioned basically about the subjects that i have studied in MBA and also my written and verbal communication skills were also checked . Then they keep you on a 3 month probation .
