First stage was behavioural with two kind people. Couple of red flags such as them saying we put UX designer on the bench on Service design projects which may not be the best thing imho but I still did the full interview. Second stage they gave a homework case study to redesign a website position of their sister consulting company to include a Design offering Why they are asking a service designer to do a UXUI audit and information architecture is beyond me. I double checked and they said yup this is the right homework. Upon some conversations outside I found that a junior role candidate also had been given the same homework study. I withdrew from the process. It is a red flag if they are going to assess a service designer with a UI case study without clear expectations of outcomes, making it quite subjective.
