I applied online and they sent me an email after 1 week for an interview after one month. they didn't tell me that it was a group interview. so we were around 20 persons and teach has to talk about himself for 5 minutes. so it was hard to show or speak about skills. they needed many employees for their new store, so the interviewers were the store manager and the stockroom managers, plus a girl that came from the HR department from Spain.

they asked to talk about experience, one strength and one weakness, why mango and why me to hire. in addition to personal questions as age, education, language..
The interview was with the assistant manager, very informal and lasted less than 10 minutes. The questions were along the lines of asking your availability and if you had any other commitments, what kind of experience you have etc.

It was straightforward and she told me about the role. I told her about my experience and she was kind. I really had a good experience with the manager. I’m excited to start my new job.

First they did a phone screening where they asked me how many hours I was willing to work and the days, then they scheduled an in person interview at the store
