Contacted after sending in my resume. Asked to go to interview. It was 1-2-1. Asked a bunch of questions about customer service and working with people. Very rude afterwards, never even heard from them again! I guess this means I didn't get the job ha ha. They could at least have called me to say thanks but no thanks.
The interview was with the assistant manager, very informal and lasted less than 10 minutes. The questions were along the lines of asking your availability and if you had any other commitments, what kind of experience you have etc.

What does excellent customer service mean to you?
It was straightforward and she told me about the role. I told her about my experience and she was kind. I really had a good experience with the manager. I’m excited to start my new job.

First they did a phone screening where they asked me how many hours I was willing to work and the days, then they scheduled an in person interview at the store
