The interview process had three stages: the first with an HR person, and the second with a manager. I was not accepted to the third stage. Overall the HR person was nice. The second stage interview had several psychometric tests.

You are provided with 8 identical balls and a two-pan scale. 7 of the eight balls are equal in weight and one of the eight given balls weighs more. The task is to find the heaviest ball with the least measurements possible.

The process consisted of four rounds of interviews: a brief phone screening, an HR interview, an interview with the manager, and a final interview with the partner. The process was simple and fast.
