The first step is share the CV with human resources. If they approve the profile, they schedule an assesment to evaluate the behavior accordint to a situation. The next step is a personal interview with HR, an interview with a manager and finally, an interview with a socio.

Resolver un caso en dinámica grupal (mix español/inglés), personal con RRHH, manager con preguntas técnicas y socio. El proceso puede llegar a tardar mes y medio según la disponibilidad del manager y socio. Es un proceso más largo en comparación al resto de consultoras de operaciones
