- Got the initial HR call - The conversation went well and HR said that i will get back to you after getting confirmation from technical lead - I followed up after 10 working days but didn't get any positive OR negative response - I followed up again after 3 working days and they replied that they are in process with other candidate I think the company process should be transparent so candidates can move further rather than waiting for HR's decision
