Hiring Manager Interview: A 30-60 minute interview with the hiring manager to dive deeper into the candidate's experience, skills, and fit for the role and team. This is an opportunity to ask behavioral and situational questions. Culture/Team Fit Interview: A 30-60 minute interview with additional team members to assess how the candidate would integrate with the company culture and collaborate with the team. Executive/Leadership Interview: For senior-level roles, a final 30-60 minute interview with an executive or member of leadership to ensure alignment with the company's vision and goals. Reference Checks: Reach out to 2-3 professional references provided by the candidate to validate their background and abilities. Offer Presentation: If the candidate is selected, present the offer and negotiate compensation as needed.

Interview was very easy and recruiting process didn’t take that much time. But was waiting for the offer around 2 weeks after final interview. Sent offer only on the Friday where I needed to fly away on Sunday.

It was quite easy but a long process, I got a phone call after I posted online and had a phone interview, then I received an email for a second interview, all it was was a general English test on computer.
