The interview process was ok. It was through the HireVue app, about 15 questions (5 of them video recordings). Soft skills and some technical questions. Video recording can be a little tricky so you must practice at the beggining of the interview. Never heard back from them tho.

one way video call, video call meeting, very conversational and friendly. despite appropriate experience and positive feedback, did not receive an offer. slightly confusing as they may suggest they have certain need filled, but those are actually the channels they are looking to build out.

they end with a "pop quiz" consisting of general baseball knowledge (what is the difference between a no hitter and a perfect game) as well as current baseball trivia (what new "club" did Shohei Ohtani create last season - the 50/50 club)

Some very straight-forward people that just want to make sure you have an idea of the social space and know (enough) about baseball.
If you want to nail the interview, familiarize yourself with some of the best players, rules of baseball, etc. When I interviewed there was a 3-page quiz. It was easy for a big baseball fan!
