If chosen for an interview, you will receive an email from the Executive Office person reaching out to schedule a time for an interview. I scheduled an interview with the SVP of Strategic Initiatives for the Program Management & Transformation Specialist position. Upon arrival, I was instructed to sit in the reception area until I was guided to the office. SVP was friendly upon meeting them. Interview was conducted quickly. They expressed that the team was very small (two people in total), and the interview was more about them explaining the position thoroughly since it was fairly new. The team consisted of the SVP and the person in the Executive Office who walked me to the office. It took about a month to hear back from them.

Submitted application via LinkedIn and was contacted the next day by someone on the team. We set up a video meeting for a quick screening. Things were going well until I was asked my compensation standards. A role like this should really be $90k and up. I shared that as my range. The interviewer stated that their max is $85k and the range is actually $75-$85. I stated my flexibility would depend on the rest of the package but I'd definitely need the top of the range so.... We closed the meeting with her confirming she would let me know either way the following week if I'd moved on. It has been 3 weeks and nothing. Just close the loop! How hard is it to do that?
