I sat with the General Manager where I was asked a series of standard questions in my experience in the audio/video industry. I was then informed that as a premium dealer, we are responsible for speaking to the influence and history of each brand that we have to offer to speak to the value of them.

Went well. Would have to move to San Diego, CA from Wichita, KS. Not sure if it would be worth the cost of living and quality of life change for a commission based job.

Very informal for me. They do have a series of questions but I had extensive sales experience so mostly conversational about expectations of the job. be prepared for Customer service and other obvious sales related questions.

Describe a time when you had an upset customer. What did you do.
I was notified and contacted to set up a Phone interview. Phone interview took about 15 minutes. Asking typical interview question. After the interview i was offered the job and then was told to check email for job offer.
