The company does an initial phone screen to discuss the position and to see if the candidates are still interested. After that there is a 1 on 1 interview which isn't too bad at all. I get really nervous during interviews but the interviewer was very personable (made me feel comfortable) and I was able to open up. It felt more like a casual conversation versus an actual interview.
