Interview process was good, did not go through any delays. Quite clear and fast with a clear communication from the HR team. Got an understanding of how well their teams must be through these communications

I had applied for Madison World (Communications) via college placements and had attended the interview at Bengaluru. Overall it went well and was easy. After getting shortlisted in the Aptitude Test, there were 3 rounds. First round is the picture perception test (This is considered a Group Discussion. You will be displayed with a picture on the screen for about 30 seconds and you have to remember details and speak about the picture for about 1 minute), Next the shortlisted from this round will be having face 2 face interview the same day. This role is mostly non-technical, so be thorough with your Resume and prepare according to the job description. Technical concepts include Basic Python and SQL Concepts. Last round was scheduled the next day that is purely based on non technical side (marketing and media planning). After this Final Selects will be getting a phone call for job acceptance.
