It consisted of three interviews. The first was with the hiring manager, and the second was with the person in the current position they needed to backfill. Both of these interviews were very straightforward and simple. The third interview was a technical interview where we reviewed some of their operational data, and I was tasked with analyzing the data and speaking to it. Overall this went OK, although I did not perform as well as I would have liked in this interview. My rating of an overall negative experience stems from the fact that after my third interview, and spending ~5 hours in interviews, and preparation, they did not have the decency to even send a denial. Just nothing. Ghosted.
