Interview process is good . HR will tell you they give all the benifits and in reality it is differant . They don't even offer medical for first six months . So even if you take a permannat position it is actually like contracting . No 401k (very little match and after three years) . These things you need to discuss before joining . No vacation if you join in the second half.
