There were three interviews in all... scheduled on three different days. The first one was pretty quick and straight to the point... pretty much a review of your resume/ skills, and an inquiry of your availbility. The second interview was conducted by two repersentatives who took turns asking questions like... tell us about yourself...what are your weaknesses... why do you want to work here... describe a difficult situation you experienced and how you handled it... etc. The third interview was similar to the second. On each occasion, I was treated with respect... the people were very cordial, you could tell that they were more concerned with your character, you ability to be a team player, and cust. svc. skills. Once hired, there were many bonuses and incentives to sell. There was always some competition to do better than fellow co-workers. It was an energetic, friendly, and fun environment. All in all, a great sense of family. I was always hppy to come to work.
