Pretty easy, nothing crazy. Basic questions. Asked if I had any experience with retail and customer service. After the background check you’re good to go. Management isn’t the best but it’s alright.

Entrevista
No interview. You get an email giving you your onboarding date. Bring i9 documents to HR. You will do training on company values, rules and practice simulation of how to use the register. It’s usually 3 days and it’s a lot of information.

Dress professional and stay confident, they just want to get to know you. The interview was easy. It was just a conversation the human resources has with you to see if you are a fit for the position.
The interview included a typing test and basic behavioral questions. There were some scenario based questions and questions about previous work experience and education. Overall a straightforward and simple interview process
