Entrevista
There are two parts to the interview. One of them consists of regular interview questions such as "tell us a difficult time during your life where you pushed through" and what you can bring to the company. During the second part, you had to read about four different sales associates and choose which one you would train. Pick the one that is most driven and has the done the most in the shortest period of time. The trick is to finish this assignment on time and in a professional manner
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
