Entrevista
I applied to Macy's EDP online and was called for an interview about a week later. We talked on the phone for awhile and I was scheduled for an in person interview two days later. I met with two HR executives, both who were really nice! They definitely threw in some difficult questions that I did not expect, though. Normally I do great in interviews but today I walked out not really knowing how I did. They told me I would be hearing back soon, still waiting now.

If you had to give me two professional references, who would you give? What criticisms would they give about your work?
The interview process was lengthy but very conversational. I think there were 3-5 rounds. There was also a technical interview for your specific function that you took online in a closed browser.
It was easy. Just be yourself and don’t overthink it. First was a 15 min screening call over the phone. Then a 45 min zoom call with another individual. Questions related to past experience and how you deal with certain situations.
There were 3 rounds. The first is just an hr screening. You then have to take 2 exams for the second round. After the exams there is one final round. The process was very straightforward.
