I applied on-line and was directed to complete an on-line questionnaire about MS Office Skills, other basic administrative experiences and duties. At the completion, I was given dates to select for an in-person interview.

When I arrived for the interview, they said the position had been filled and offered a commission based (no pay) sales position. Other candidates were waiting to be interviewed for non-sales positions and it seems they were hooked as well to come in for a pitch to work on commission on the sales floor.
