Received an email inviting me to schedule myself for an interview online. SHowed up to the interview, spoke with the manager. She asked questions about my availability, but that was about it.

Manager asked very few questions. She informed me that Macy's uses some sort of software that analyzes the answers from your application and gives a detailed summary of your work ethics.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.

Basic interview process. Applied online and was called in for an interview about a week later. Nothing crazy or out of the ordinary. No assessments needed. I talked about 2 managers.

It was in person and lasted 20 minutes approximately. Before the int started I was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The question inclu questions about my education and prior retail sales jobs.
