Describe a time you worked alone with little supervision. What do you think AP does? Got an in-store interview. He asked the same questions with a couple new ones. Describe a time when you had to work with others' not in your department. Describe a time you showed integrity. What was the most complex document you worked on and what system did you use? Did you ever have access to confidential information? Were you ever asked about this information? Got the job on spot. 13$ an hour no AP experience needed

Fairly easy, more conversation like. Asked traditional interview questions such as how to de-escalate tense situations, tell me about yourself, weaknesses and strengths, tell me about a time when you witnessed something that was wrong and what did you do, where do you see yourself in five years, etc.
