First there was a phone call, got details about job and company. Then a virtual interview with team and director. Tour of office after. Good overall experience. Not hard, felt personal

Past experience and why I think I would be a good fit.
Went through many rounds of interviews would like it if the feedback process was more succinct and was a bit more organized. Communication can be done via channels not just email. Would like to see more variety in hiring process. Poor screening process as well.
Zuerst gab es ein persönliches Gespräch und im Anschluss eine Case Study. Diese ging um einen theoretischen Business Case der Firma. Das persönliche Gespräch ging um meine Person und die Motivation und Erfahrungen die ich mitbringe
